One of these days has decided to indulge the family слойками, very much our family loves them. With the test long not заморачивалась, and descended and has bought in shop to a frost “Dough слоенное WITHOUT barmy”. So we start to prepare ours слойки. The ready thawed dough we sugar also cinnamon it is cut on small squares of 3*3 sm and in the center of each small square we put some highlights (raisin preliminary to wash out and douse boiled water) and we stick tips of our small square in the center among themselves. Ready слойки it is spread on a baking sheet (on a pergament paper is better) and it is greased by a crude egg yolk, then we put in 220 degrees preliminary warmed up to temperature an oven and it is baked to readiness yet won't see that слойки have increased in volume twice and properly haven't blushed. An oven not to open!!! Pleasant all appetite!! At me turn out here such here слойки, as on a photo.

Слойки с изюмом и корицей
